I do a set of squats then a pull/push pyramid in super set style for 3 rounds. Each round is a different pull and push exercise. I post the top set of each.

In this video I do 2 pump burpees w/ 30 lb dumbbells x10 followed by 5 pull-ups for 5 sets. Then 1 pump burpees w/ 30 lb dumbbells x10 followed by 5 pull-ups for 5 sets.
Dumbbell Squat x 15, Pull-up x 5, Push-ups x 10 for 10 sets
In this vid I do 10 sets of Dumbbell squats w/ 20 lb. dumbbells for 15 reps, pull-ups for 5 reps, and push-ups for 10.

I Post the last 5 minutes of the squats and pull-up/push-ups segment. It took me 20:30. I would think you young guys should be able to go under 10 mins.
